Additional Qualifications
  • Computer programming in FORTRAN, C and Visual Basic for the development of polymer processing related applications..
  • Full experience in FEM application software ABAQUS, COSMOS/M and MARC. Ability to apply this software in solving existing polymer processing and polymer mechanics problems including heat transfer (linear and nonlinear, steady and transient), solid mechanics (linear and nonlinear with special features for elastomeric materials) and fluid flow.
 I have also developed the following computer programs:
  • TIMA: Tire Inflation Membrane Analysis ( C language ) with graphical representing of results.
  • CARP: Carpet plot drawing for bias tires ( C language )
  • METREX: Extrusion process simulation for metering region (non-Newtonian nonisothermal) in C language with graphical representing of results.
  • FEAFEM, A detailed computer program for the simulation of flow problems under transient , non-isothermal , non-Newtonian and 2-dimensional (x,y and axisymmetric) conditions with slip boundary condition and multiple random free surface based on the finite element method. ( FORTRAN on UNIX O.S. )
